INFORMATION ON E-VOTING

1. All members who are financially up to date and had, as required by extant regulation, updated their portal with required minimum mandatory data (NIN, contact phone number and email addresses inclusive) on/before Sunday, July 5, 2026, are registered voters for the e-voting.

2. The members in (i) above will receive the unique voting link for the election on Thursday, July 9, 2026.

3. Voting will commence on Thursday, July 9, 2026 from 12:01a.m. and will end on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 by 11:15a.m.

4. Voters are expected to cast their votes for the candidates of their choice. They can only vote ONCE (Members can only select a maximum of four (4) of the eight (8) candidates).

5. The voting link is non-transferable and will automatically expire once a vote has been cast.

6. The result of the election will be announced by the Electoral Committee Chairman during the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, July 15, 2026.
